Clients need to be in possession of a valid credit card to collect the vehicle. This must be in the name of the main driver and CANNOT be a pre-paid credit card or a debit card and must have sufficient funds available ( in the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, PAA rent a car may refuse to release the vehicle, no funds paid will be reimbursed). This enables the supplier to authorize a security deposit, which covers any parking or speeding fines, un-insured parts of the vehicles, fuel charges if applicable, and in the unlikely event that a claim is made when the insurance has been invalided. The following credit cards are accepted: Master / Eurocard, VISA, (American Express not accepted).
Paa rent a car may reserve an amount of 900 - 2000 Euro (depending on your selected car group) as guarantee, which will be released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
Please note that all local payments will be made in Euro.

Motor way tax:

PAA Rent-A-Car will provide a new service that offers convenience and ease to the customer.  This service includes the availability of a device pre-loaded in the car.  Therefore, please inform clients that upon delivery of the vehicle they will be charged an "administrative cost for collecting tolls" of 5€ (optional).  A copy of their credit card and a signed statement is required to authorize PAA RENT to collect the amount of the toll from the client’s card.

Additional Drivers:

€ 15 per rental per additional driver

Drivers Age:

21 to 80 Years

Young drivers (21 to 23 years old inclusive) surcharge is not included in the rental price. It is paid in the local currency at the rental desk

Fuel policy:

A deposit might be asked for petrol. Customer will have to return the car with the same amount of fuel that when they started the rental agreement, please NOTE that there will be no refund for unused fuel.

Child/Booster seats:

€ 3 per day and per seat (all infant seats must be fitted by a parent or guardian)

Border exit

€ 30 per rental (only Spain)

Out of hour’s fee

€ 20 will be applied to any vehicles collected or dropped off after office hours (8.00pm to 8.00am)

All extras are payable locally to the car hire company on arrival

Insurance Coverage

Full insurance is provided however excess amounts apply as follows:

Mini € 900 (groups A/B/C/D/G)

SCDW (super collision damage waiver): € 9 per day reduces Excess to 250 euros

Economy € 1.400 (groups E/F)

SCDW (super collision damage waiver): € 14 per day reduces Excess to 300 euros

Compact € 2.000 (group I/J)

SCDW (super collision damage waiver): € 20 per day reduces Excess to 350 euros

Damage to vehicles

A damage report must be completed by the driver for any damage to the vehicle, however minor it is. If a collision occurs, a police report and case number must also be provided. Clients must contact the car rental supplier in the event of any damage. If this procedure is not followed, the insurance cover could become invalidated, leaving client liable for all damage Exceptions / exclusions to the All Inclusive Insurance :
Charges for any of the damages written below will be charged directly to the client, the most important of which are the following: Antenna, trays, clutch and gearbox, damage to car lock, door handle, door sill, loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, glass, mirrors, wheels, tires, interior of the car, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, warning triangles, damage to upholstery of a car, damages to the roof, damages caused by roof rack and any luggage on it, extreme dirtiness in a car, underside damage, personal belongings in a rented car, damage due to negligence, tire punctures and burst tires, water submersion or salt-water damage, hail damage, fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned on electrical devices, damage or loss of car documents, damage or loss of registration plate, damage or theft of car logo. The car rental company, in any case, is not obligated to replace a flat tire or damages in music devices (radio, CD/mp3 player, etc.).
Towing costs are not covered by any insurance.

Car Types

The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on the website

Voucher

Your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present your voucher means PAA rent a car cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. No refunds will be issued if cannot present your voucher

Flight Information:

 For airport pick-ups, it is essential that Paa rent a car is provided with the correct flight number and arrival time before departure. We will be waiting for you 90 minutes after the time of your booking, after that time PAA rent a car may refuse to release the vehicle

Early Return:

There is no refund for early returns.
